Elizabeth Dewberry

Elizabeth Dewberry, playwright and novelist, who has participated frequently in the Faulkner Society's annual events, is the author of the plays Who's On Top and Four Joans and a Fire-Eater.Her novels include Many Things Have Happened Since He Died and Break the Heart of Me. Her third novel, Sacrament of Lies, was set in Louisiana and is provides not only a wonderful story with engaging characters but a well researched looked at the Byzantine intricacies of Louisiana politics.Ms. Dewberry also co-authored a stage adaptation of her novel Many Things..., which premiered at The Horizon Theatre in Atlanta. Her essays have appeared in scholarly and mass media journals. She lives in the Atlanta area.

Her new novel, His Lovely Wife, opens with passages about Princess Diana and her death in Paris, setting the stage for the novel's principal character, the wife of a Nobel Prize winning scientist, to examine her own life and its parallels to Diana.
